Went in for normal maintenance work... They screwed up the reinstallation of my petcock! Couldn't even turn the knob to reserve while on the freeway! Then, they charged me $80 for tow and labor 2 1/2 miles from their shop! He let the same screw-ups check out the work. When I picked up the bike, the petcock knob turned very easily just like it always has, but not like it was working when they picked it up and towed it. Lewie uses teenagers to do the service in his shop while he roams about partying it up at various getaways! Beware--Don't get your stuff serviced there! I think it is admirable he stands behind his employees, but not at the expense of his customers! He even had the audacity to make a joke when I paid, reluctantly, "Try not to let it run out of gas." Don't trust this business to work on your machine!
