The HUB sucks

Well, they have nice people in the shop that are friendly, they have nice products, at normal ripe off bike shop prices. But most of all, you DO NOT want your bike worked on at the HUB. I dropped my bike off for a tune up and bar swap. When my bike left, the it wouldn't switch gears as well as it did before they worked on it and my front shock was damaged as a result of someone there using their gorilla hands. Anyways, I took the bike back to have them true up the work, since they claim to guarantee it. They re-tuned the bike, it worked a bit better but still wasn't like it was BEFORE they worked on it. For the broken pre-load of my front shock, they denied it was them, and only offered to sweet talk a warranty agent from the fork manufacture. This was after trying to convince me that I really don't need that part of the shock that was broken, never mind the fact that it worked before they touched the bike. Nice guys don't cut it if their work in the shop sucks. I'll NEVER go to this shop ever again, thanks for the HELP HUB.
