They took 20 days to deliver my order. That was 20 days with 2 day shipping. Part of the order was wrong when it finally arrived. They don't return phone calls nor do they read their emails. They do email sometimes, but they typically don't read your reply.

they do not pick up the phone, nor return emails or voice mail. I've been waiting for a week for any reply to my order.
